摘  要:鸭疫里默氏杆菌作为常见的水禽病原体之一,能够引发鸭、鹅等鸭疫里默氏杆菌病,该病分布广泛,传播迅速且死亡率高。虽然抗生素有效减少了该病带来的经济损失,但是由于抗生素在治疗和促生长过程中的大量使用,导致鸭疫里默氏杆菌的耐药性正在逐年升高。文章就鸭疫里默氏杆菌对大环内酯类、氨基糖苷类、四环素类等抗生素,特别是替加环素的耐药性以及耐药机制进行系统分析,以期能对鸭疫里默氏杆菌病的防治提供理论依据。As a common waterfowl pathogen,Riemerella anatipestifer can cause Riemerella anatipestifer disease in ducks and geese.The disease is widely distributed,spreads rapidly and has a high mortality rate.Although antibiotics effectively reduce the economic loss caused by the disease,due to the extensive use of antibiotics in treatment and growth promotion process,the antimicrobial resistance of Riemerella anatipestifer is increasing year by year.This paper were systematically analyzed the resistance and mechanism of macrolides,aminoglycosides and tetracyclines,especially tigecycline,in order to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of Riemerella anatipestifer disease.
