摘　　要：以正在发育的成渝城市群为研究对象,以城市间百度指数和联合专利为变量构建城市网络,并从创新产出、投入、环境三方面对创新能力进行测度,利用象限图法对二者间的相关性及其时空变化做出分析。随后运用障碍度模型对成渝城市群创新能力进一步提升的相关阻碍因素进行识别,最后从优化节点关系以及整合网络内部资源等方面为该地区创新能力的提升提供政策建议。This paper takes the developing Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration as the research object,constructs the urban network with the inter-city Baidu index and joint patent as the variables, measures the innovation capacity from the three aspects among innovation output, input and environment, and then uses the quadrant diagram to analyze the correlation between the two and their spatial-temporal changes. Finally, the obstacle degree model is used to identify the relevant obstacles to the further improvement of the innovation ability of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration, so as to provide policy suggestions for the future urban network development planning in this region to better serve the improvement of the innovation ability.
