摘 要:基于复杂适应系统理论模型,分析生物医药创新集群的聚集、非线性、流、多样性特征以及标识机制、内部模型机制和积木机制。在此基础上建立回声模型分析集群主体的互动机制和集群系统的涌现机制。研究发现,生物医药产业创新集群具备复杂适应系统的所有特征;创新集群主体通过流空间网络实现交互学习和竞争合作博弈;交互学习为集群主体间产生合作创新提供可能,竞合博弈则决定主体间合作创新的结果;生物医药产业创新集群通过知识涌现和创新网络涌现进行系统功能与结构更新优化,实现其可持续发展和创新能力提升。It analyzes four complex adaptive system characteristics and three dynamics of biomedical industry innovation clusters, including aggregation, non-linear, flow, diversity, identification, internal model and building blocks. Echo model is established to analyze the interaction and emergence mechanism of cluster system. It is found that biomedical industry innovation cluster has all the characteristics of complex adaptive systems. The subjects of clusters realize interactive learning and competitive cooperative game through flow space network. Interactive learning provides the possibility of cooperative innovation between subjects, while competition and cooperation game determines the result of cooperative innovation between subjects.The biomedical industry innovation clusters update and optimize the system function and structure through knowledge emergence and innovation network emergence, then realize sustainable development and innovation ability improvement.
