摘  要:径向锻造生产锥管类零件具有加工精度高,成形质量好等优点,根据锤头的数量可以分为双锤头、多锤头锻造。锤头数目的多少,对于径向锻造的生产效率、成形质量等都有较大的影响。本文采用数值模拟的方法,对二锤头、三锤头和四锤头径向锻造成形过程进行模拟研究,探索锤头数目对锥管锻造成形金属受力、变形、金属流动、成形质量等的影响规律,对于实际生产具有一定的指导意义。Radial forging has the advantages of high machining precision and good forming quality.According to the number of hammer heads, it can be divided into double hammer head and multi hammer head forging. The number of hammers has a great influence on the production efficiency and forming quality of radial forging. In this paper, the radial forging process of two hammers, three hammers and four hammers is simulated by numerical simulation, and the influence law of the number of hammers on the force, deformation, metal flow and forming quality of conical tube forging is explored, which has a certain guiding significance for practical production.
