摘  要:通过建立拟合回归模型,以预加氢单元分馏塔拔头油干点作为响应值,考察了6个可控影响因素,从中筛选出3个主要效能因子并建立拔头油干点与主要效能因子间的响应面方程。通过响应优化器确定了控制拔头油干点75±2℃的操作条件,实现使用模型提前预测控制工艺参数,从而达到拔头油干点控制要求的目的,实现了操作的可量化性、科学性。Based on the pre hydrogenation unit of a company, by establishing a fitting regression model and taking the dry point of topping oil as the response value, six controllable influencing factors were investigated, from which four main efficiency factors were selected, and the response surface equation between the dry point of topping oil and the main efficiency factors was established. The operating conditions of the dry point of the topping oil were determined by the response optimizer: the top temperature of the fractionator, the bottom temperature of the fractionator and the reflux flow rate of the fractionator were 65-75 ℃, 135-145 ℃and 8-15 t/h respectively, the feed volume of the fractionator was 30-50 t/h, and the dry point of the bottom oil of the fractionator was 160-180 ℃, Finally, the dry point of topping oil is controlled to 75 ℃, the priority of operation parameters is determined, and the quantifiable and scientific operation is realized.
