某10 kV环网柜烧损故障原因分析

摘　　要：对一起同品牌同批次10 kV环网柜烧损故障进行了分析。将故障设备解体,分析放电痕迹、金属导体在高温环境下的氧化色变程度、电缆附件的燃烧产物,核查前后插电缆头施工工艺,测量导电杆整体电阻并模拟导电杆通流发热情况,确定故障原因,提出有针对性的反事故措施。The burning failure of a 10 kV ring mains unit of the same brand and the same batch is analyzed.The faulty equipment is disassembled,the discharging trace,the degree of color change of metal conductors because of oxidation in high-temperature environment,and combustion products of cable accessories are analyzed,the construction technology of front plugged cable joint and back plugged cable joint is inspected,the whole resistance of the conductive rod is measured,the heat condition of the con⁃ductive rod because of the current flowing through it is simulated,the causes of the failure are determined,and the precautions against such failure are put forward.
