摘  要:分析了某电厂湿法脱硫石膏脱水困难和石膏含水率高的原因,启动两台氧化风机运行,增加氧化风量;增加浆液循环泵运行台数,维持pH值在4.5~5.0范围内;提高吸收塔运行液位,增大液气比,降低石膏过饱和度;对吸收塔浆液进行置换,降低石膏含水率。The reasons of difficulty in gypsum dehydration and high moisture content of gypsum when the wet method of desulfur⁃ization is adopted in a power plant are analyzed.Two oxidizing air fans are started to increase the oxidizing air volume.The number of slurry circulating pumps in operation is increased to maintain the pH value between 4.5 and 5.0.The liquid level in absorption tower is raised to increase the liquid-gas ratio and reduce gypsum saturations.The slurry of absorption tower is replaced to reduce the moisture content of gypsum.
