多元外交视域下我国体育对外援助推进策略探究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,从多元外交视域下探索我国体育对外援助的推进策略。研究认为,我国体育对外援助经历了和平外交宏观指引下的起步阶段、“乒乓外交”有效带动下的探索阶段、“亚运外交”全面传播下的转折阶段、“奥运外交”深刻展示下的提升阶段和公共外交多元塑造下的新发展阶段。我国体育对外援助的外交使命:助力和平外交,传播中华文化;助力大国外交,传颂中国担当;助力公共外交,传扬友好形象。推进策略:拓展援助范畴,推进和平外交领域的健康合作;丰富援助思路,推进大国外交领域的话语权力;调动援助主体,推进公共外交领域的强国形象;充实援助内容,推进特色外交领域的人文元素。By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explored the promotion strategy of China’s sports foreign aid from the perspective of multi-direction diplomacy.The research shows that China’s sports foreign aid has experienced the initial stage under the macro guidance of peace diplomacy,the exploration stage under the effective drive of ping-pong diplomacy,the turning stage under the comprehensive spread of the Asian Games diplomacy,the promotion stage under the profound display of the Olympic diplomacy and the new development stage under the multidimensional shaping of public diplomacy.The diplomatic mission of China’s sports foreign aid is to promote peace diplomacy and spread Chinese culture,promote great power diplomacy and extol China’s responsibility,promote public diplomacy and spread friendly image.Promotion strategy:We should expand the scope of assistance to promote healthy cooperation in the field of peaceful diplomacy,enrich aid ideas to promote the discourse power in the diplomatic fi eld of major powers,mobilize the aid subjects to promote the image of a powerful country in the fi eld of public diplomacy,and enrich the aid content to promote the humanistic elements in the fi eld of characteristic diplomacy.
