摘  要:运用文献资料法、案例分析法等,研究我国竞技篮球后备人才培养新格局及发展路径。体教融合背景下的新格局:体育和教育部门管理体制联动发展,青少年篮球竞赛体系多元统一,后备人才培养渠道多元化发展,“教学、训练、竞赛”一体化的综合保障体系。发展路径:加快“三位一体”人才培养格局的融合发展;建立不同系统管理部门之间的联动机制;建立与后备人才培养相匹配的青少年篮球竞赛体系;创新人才培养渠道,丰富多元化培养体系;继续推进“一校一品”青少年校园篮球特色学校建设;制定优秀篮球后备人才进入学校担任体育教师的考核标准。By using the methods of literature review and case analysis,this paper studied the new pattern and development path of competitive basketball reserve talents training in china.The new development pattern that needs to be constructed under the background of the integration of sports and education:The management system of sports and education departments should be developed together,the youth basketball competition system should be diversified and unified,the training channels of reserve talents should be diversified,and the integrated guarantee system of teaching,training and competition should be realized.Development path:We should speed up the integration and development of the three-in-one talent training pattern,establish a linkage mechanism between management departments of different systems,set up a youth basketball competition system matching with reserve talents training,innovate talent training channels to enrich the diversified training systems,continue to promote the construction of "one school and one feature" youth campus basketball characteristic school,and formulate the assessment standards for outstanding basketball reserve talents to be employed as physical education teachers.
