摘 要:运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对高校体育课程思政的育人特性、实践样态与行动方略进行探究。研究认为:高校体育课程思政的育人特性:体育课程的身体实践性内含“潜移默化”的育人功能,体育课程的身心统一性推动“同向同行”育人价值的提升,体育课程的纵深性和周期性促进“知行合一”育人环境的生成,体育课程的丰富多样性增强“全面发展”育人目标的实现;实践样态:以“社会主义核心价值观”为实践规范根本,以“中华优秀传统文化”为实践自信基础,以“中华体育精神”为实践动力源泉,以“终身身心健康理念”为实践目标导向;行动方略:构建推进路径、制定指导意见;转变教育观念、提升德育水平;优化教学设计,改进教学方法;打开思政渠道,联动体育教育;健全监管方式,建立激励办法。By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this study explored the characteristics,practice and action plan of ideological and political education in college physical education curriculum.The research holds that the education characteristics of college physical education curriculum lies in the physical practice of physical education curriculum containing the imperceptible education function,the physical and mental unity of physical education curriculum promoting the improvement of the education value of same direction and same action,the depth and periodicity of physical education curriculum promoting the formation of unity of knowledge and action education environment,and the rich diversity of physical education curriculum enhancing the realization of the goal of all-round development.The practice mode is based on socialist core values as the practice norm,Chinese excellent traditional culture as the practice confi dence,Chinese national sports spirit as the practice motivation,and lifelong physical and mental health concept as the practice goal orientation.Action plan:We should develop the promotion path and formulate guidance,change the concept of education to improve the moral educ ation level,optimize teaching design to improve teaching methods,expand channels for ideological and political learning and integrate it with physical education,and improve supervision methods by establishing incentive measures.
