从玄府理论探讨温扶阳气治疗寻常型银屑病

摘　　要：寻常型银屑病多按血热、血瘀、血虚3大传统分型辨证治疗,但对久病患者表现为阳气不足者疗效欠佳。认为“玄府郁闭”为该病重要病机,并贯穿疾病始终。针对病久阳气不足之银屑病患者,治疗上应注重温扶人体阳气,开通玄府,标本兼顾。Psoriasis vulgaris is treated mostly according to three major traditional types of syndrome differentiation:blood heat,blood stasis and blood deficiency.However,the curative effect is poor for the patients who are in long illness and show yang-qi deficiency.It is believed that"closed Xuanfu"is an important pathogenesis of the disease and throughout the disease.For the patients with psoriasis vulgaris who are in long illness and with yang-qi deficiency,the treatment should pay attention to warming and reinforcing yang-qi of human body,opening Xuanfu and taking into account both the symptoms and the root causes.
