清补肺肾方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期肺肾气虚证临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清补肺肾方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期肺肾气虚证的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的患者61例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,两组均予西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用清补肺肾方治疗,治疗半年后观察患者CAT、SGRQ评分,肺功能,中医证候积分及免疫相关指标。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者CAT、SGRQ评分,肺功能,中医证候积分,及免疫相关指标水平均较治疗前改善,且优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01)。结论:清补肺肾方可以明显提高COPD缓解期患者免疫功能,改善COPD患者肺功能及生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingbu Feishen formula on stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with syndrome of qi deficiency of lung and kidney.Methods:61 cases of selected patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups by random number table.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine.On this basis,the treatment group was treated plus with Qingbu Feishen formula.After half a year of treatment,the scores of CAT and SGRQ,pulmonary function,TCM syndrome score and immune related indexes of patients were observed.Results:After treatment,the scores of CAT and SGRQ,pulmonary function,TCM syndrome score and immune related indexes of patients in the treatment group were improved compared with those before treatment,and better than those in the control group,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.05,P ﹤ 0.01).Conclusion:Qingbu Feishen formula can significantly improve immune function,cellular and humoral immunity,pulmonary function and quality of life of patients with stable COPD.
