摘 要:在10 kV及以下配电网架空绝缘线路上,多采用BV绝缘手工绑扎线来固定架空绝缘导线。由于绑扎施工工艺不规范,长期受局部放电发热和风振应力腐蚀等因素影响。轻则引起绑扎线散股,导线脱落,重则损伤导线绝缘层,严重的甚至导致断线跳闸事故。就10 kV及以下架空线路上的BV绝缘手工绑扎线故障进行分析,并提出了一种快装型预绞式绝缘绑线解决导线因风振应力和局部放电发热导致的绝缘层破损问题,保障配电网的线路运行安全和稳定。On the overhead insulated lines of 10 kV and below power distribution network, BV insulated manual binding wires are mostly used to fix the overhead insulated lines. Due to the nonstandard binding construction process, it has been affected by factors such as partial discharge, heating and wind vibration stress corrosion for a long time. At least,the binding wire will be loose, and the lines will fall off. At worst, the lines insulation will be damaged, and even lead to line broken and tripped accidents. This paper analyzes the fault of BV insulated manual binding wire on overhead lines of 10 kV and below, and puts forward a fast installed pre twisted insulation binding wire to solve the problem of insulation layer damage caused by wind vibration stress and partial discharge heating of conductor, so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of power distribution network.
