信息生态视角下微博舆情生态性评价指标及实证研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]新时代呼唤构建良好的网络舆情生态,微博舆情生态性评价指标有助于舆情监管部门制定相应引导策略。[方法/过程]从信息生态视角出发,运用层次分析和模糊综合评价法构建微博舆情生态性评价指标,并结合新浪微博突发事件爆发期阶段进行实证分析。[结果/结论]数据结果表明,微博平台信息生态系统中舆情用户的信息素养较低,对舆情的理解能力较差,舆情用户缺乏主动沟通的能力。监管部门要注重对舆情用户信息素养的培养,促进微博不同舆情社群的信息交互。[Purpose/significance]The new era calls for the construction of a good online public opinion ecology,and Weibo public opinion ecological evaluation indicators help public opinion supervisory departments to formulate corresponding guidance strategies.[Method/process]From the perspective of information ecology,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the ecological evaluation index of Weibo public opinion,and makes an empirical analysis combining with the outbreak period of Sina Weibo emergencies.[Result/conclusion]The data results show that the information literacy of public opinion users in the information ecosystem of the Weibo platform is low,their understanding of public opinion is poor,and public opinion users lack the ability to actively communicate.Regulatory authorities should focus on the cultivation of public opinion users’information literacy,and promote information interaction among different public opinion communities on Weibo.
