摘 要:[目的/意义]在海量专利信息中精准识别出能够聚焦于用户需求的关键技术,是企业降低创新风险的有效举措,文章提出了一种基于质量功能配置的关键技术识别方法。[方法/过程]首先,运用区间二元语义方法,客观地确定目标领域中用户需求的权重及优先级。其次,应用质量功能配置构建“用户需求—产品”“产品—IPC小类”“IPC小类—IPC小组”的三级质量屋,通过三阶段QFD过程,将用户需求的权重及优先级转化为IPC小组的权重及优先级,识别出领域内的关键技术,并将该方法应用于智能小家电领域进行验证。[结果/结论]结果显示,垃圾处理设备或方法、磁力或电力操控技术、传感器或传声器、核算系统或核算装置是智能小家电领域聚焦于用户需求的关键技术,进而得出该方法具有有效性和可行性的研究结论。[Purpose/significance]Accurately identifying key technologies that focus on user needs from massive patent information is an effective measure for enterprises to reduce innovation risks.Therefore,this paper proposes a method for identifying key technologies based on quality function deployment.[Method/process]Firstly,use the interval binary linguistic method to objectively determine the weight and priority of user needs in the target field.Secondly,apply quality function deployment to build a three-level house of quality of“User needs-Product”,“Product-IPC subcategory”,“IPC subcategory-IPC group”,and through the three-stage QFD process,the weight and priority of user needs are transformed into weights and priorities of IPC group,and key technologies in the field are identified.Finally,this paper applies the method to the field of smart small household appliances and verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.[Result/conclusion]The results show that garbage disposal equipment or methods,magnetic or electric control technology,sensors or microphones,accounting systems or accounting devices are the key technologies in the field of smart small home appliances that focus on user needs,then it comes to the conclusion that this method is effective and feasible.
