摘　　要：为了持续提高技经指标,提高生产效率,降低生产成本,江西铜业股份有限公司贵溪冶炼厂开创了三年长周期生产实践。针对贵冶熔炼二系统闪速炉在三年长周期生产实践中干燥机系统、排烟系统和闪速炉系统出现的生产瓶颈问题,查找原因并提出解决办法。生产实践表明,随着入炉高杂质原料占比越来越高,生产仍能均衡稳定,主要技术经济指标持续进步。In order to continuously improve technical and economic indicators, improve production efficiency and reduce production costs, Guixi Smelter of Jiangxi Copper Co.,Ltd.has initiated three-year cycle long-term production practice.In view of the production bottleneck problems of dryer system, smoke exhaust system and flash furnace system in the three-year long-term production practice of flash furnace of smelting system Ⅱ of Guixi Smelter, the causes were found and solutions were put forward.The production practice shows that with the increasing proportion of high impurity raw materials, the production can still be balanced and stable, and the main technical and economic indicators continue to progress.
