摘  要:为研究地震作用下硬管母线连接的特高压复合外套电气设备的地震效应,依据特高压电气设备抗震试验方法进行了硬管母线连接的1 000 kV复合外套避雷器和互感器组成的互连结构体系的地震模拟振动台试验。通过白噪声扫频及标准时程波地震试验,测定了设备的自振频率以及关键部位的应变、加速度响应。试验结果表明:互连结构体系沿管母轴线方向的耦合效应强于垂直管母轴线方向;输入目标峰值加速度越大,互连结构体系的非线性特性越明显;沿管母轴线方向的地震波激励引起的扭转振动中互感器设备的地震响应较为显著;采用减震设计可以显著减小设备的地震响应;支架加速度动力放大系数明显大于支架应变响应动力放大系数,兼顾电气设备抗震性能评估及支架结构设计的经济性,采用1.4倍的支架应变响应作为支架动力放大系数较为合理,且具有较好的包络性。For studying the seismic effect of UHV polymeric housed electrical equipment with rigid tube bus connection under seismic action,the seismic simulation vibration stand test of interconnected structural system,consisting of 1 000 kV polymeric housed arrester and a instrument transformer with rigid tube bus connection,is performed in accordance with the seismic test method of UHV electrical equipment. The natural vibration frequency of the equipment and the strain and acceleration response of key parts are measured through white noise sweep and artificial standard time history wave seismic test.The test results show that the coupling effect of interconnects structure system along the direction of the tube-parent axis is stronger than that along the direction of the vertical tube-parent axis. The larger the acceleration of input target peak is,the more remarkable the nonlinear characteristics of the interconnected structure is,and the more remarkable the seismic response of the instrument equipment in the torsional vibration induced by seismic wave excitation along the axis of the pipe is. Adoption of damping design can reduce significantly the seismic response of equipment. The acceleration dynamic amplification factor of the bracket is obviously larger than the strain response dynamic amplification factor. Considering the seismic performance evaluation of the electrical equipment and the economy of the bracket structure design,it is reasonable to adopt the 1.4 times of the strain response of the bracket as the dynamic amplification factor of the bracket and it has a good envelop performance.
