摘  要:本项目针对大容量优比特性电容器单元内熔丝保护技术,在分析内熔丝熔断电爆炸理论的基础上,以特高压交流工程用并联电容器单元BAM7.88-668-1W为研究对象,搭建了内熔丝最小熔断能量实验测试电路,对电容器单元用3种不同直径内熔丝的熔断特性进行了测试研究,通过记录熔丝熔断的典型波形,从能量转化、放电电流及熔断效果等方面进行了详细研究,试验结果表明:内熔丝长度为145 mm时,直径0.40、0.45、0.50 mm的内熔丝最小熔断能量分别在95、(107~147)、(139~183) J之间,而φ0.40×145、φ0.45×145、φ0.50×1453种型号内熔丝最小熔断能量计算值分别为98.9、125.2、154.6 J。实验结果与理论计算符合较好,达到预期目标。As for the inner fuse protection technology of capacitor unit with large capacity and superior ratio in this project,based on the analysis of the theory of fuse explosion of inner fuse,the experimental test circuit of minimum fuse energy of inner fuse is set up on the basis of the analysis of the theory of inner fuse explosion and with shunt capacitor unit BAM7.88-668-1W for UHV AC engineering as the study object. The fusing characteristics of three different diameters of capacitor unit are tested and studied. By recording the typical waveform of the fuse,the study is performed in detail from such three aspects as energy conversion,discharge current and fuse effect. The test results show that when the length of inner fuse is 145 mm,the minimum fusing energy of inner fuse with diameter of 0.40 mm,0.45 mm and 0.50 mm is between 95 J,(107~147)J and(139~183)J. While,the calculated value of minimum fusing energy of such three types as φ0.40×145、φ0.45×145、φ0.50×145 is 98.9 J,125.2 J and 154.6 J respectively.The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical calculation and reach the expected goal.
