摘 要:SF_(6)气体因其温室效应受到众多限制,使用SF_(6)与N_(2)混合气体是实现GIS环保化的简便有效措施,已逐步应用于GIS等气体绝缘电力设备中。SF_(6)/N_(2)混合气体GIS隔离开关研制时,由于混合气体开断能力下降,母线转换电流开断能力成为限制条件,需要进行充分试验验证。大型试验站试验费用高、周期长,有必要搭建厂内小容量试验回路。文中开展SF_(6)/N_(2)混合气体GIS隔离开关小容量母线转换电流开断试验回路研制及试验。为便于在运设备改造,直接气体置换设计126 kV SF_(6)/N_(2)混合气体GIS隔离开关样机。参照GB/T1985—2014,基于一台温升变压器研制了厂内小容量GIS隔离开关母线转换电流开合试验回路,可开展转换电压30 V和100 V、转换电流1 600 A的母线转换电流开断试验,研究了混合比、气压、分闸速度对开断性能的影响,发现混合气体开断性能明显低于SF_(6),会造成燃弧时间增加,触头烧蚀加重,甚至开断失败;气压降低后燃弧时间会增加;分闸速度对开断影响较小。结合母线转换电流开断摸底试验结果,对混合气体GIS隔离开关触头结构改进,增加铜钨引弧触头,顺利通过了母线转换电流开合型式试验。SF_(6)is subjected to many restrictions due to its greenhouse effect. The application of SF_(6)/N_(2)gas mixture is a simple and effective measure to realize environmental protection requirements of GIS and it has been used in such gas insulated equipment as GIS. In the development of GIS disconnector with SF_(6)/N_(2)gas mixture,due to the decrease of the breaking capacity of the gas mixture,the bus transfer current interruption capacity becomes into the limiting condition and needs sufficient test and verification. It is necessary to build a small capacity test circuit in the factory because of the high cost and long cycle of large test institutions. In this paper,the development and test of small capacity bus transfer current interruption test circuit of GIS disconnector with SF_(6)/N_(2)gas mixture are carried out. For convenient modification of the existing equipment in operation,the 126 kV GIS disconnector with SF_(6)/N_(2)gas mixture is designed. According to GB/T 1985—2014 and based on a set of temperature rise transformer,the bus transfer current switching test circuit of GIS disconnector with small capacity in the factory is developed. The test circuit can complete the bus transfer current switching test at transfer voltage of 30 V and 100 V and transfer current of 1 600 A. The influence of the mixing ratio,gas pressure and opening speed on the interruption performance is studied,finding that the interruption of the gas mixture is obviously lower than that of SF_(6),causing increase of arcing time,aggravation of contact ablation and even failure of interruption.The arcing time will increase after the decrease of gas pressure and the influence of opening speed on interruption is less.Combined with the bus transfer current switching investigation test results,the contact structure of the GIS disconnector with gas mixture is modified,the the copper tungsten arc contact is adopted and the bus transfer current interruption test is past successfully.
