摘 要:随着配电网电缆的广泛应用,线路对地电容量增大,系统出现操作过程后,剩余电荷的泄放易于激发非线性低频涌流,流过电磁式电压互感器(PT)绕组暂态电流增大,导致熔丝和本体损坏。不同于电容和电感参数配合引起的铁磁谐振,成熟的消谐措施对抑制低频涌流缺乏针对性,成为一个困扰基层运维人员的问题。文中以某电缆线路为主且相间接线型式PT熔丝故障较多的配电网为例,对切除故障电缆线路和正常切开电缆线路这两种主要的操作所引发的低频涌流进行仿真,得出低频涌流的影响因素及其作用规律,提出以提高电荷泄放回路阻尼为核心的低频涌流抑制方法,对提高配电网PT运行安全性具有指导价值。With wide application of electric power cable of distribution network,the capacitance of line-to-earth increases and nonlinear low frequency inrush current is likely initiated by surplus electric charge discharge after operation in distribution network and the increase of transient current flowing through electromagnetic potential transformer(PT)would lead to damage of the fuse and the PT proper. As different from the ferrous-resonance due to coordination of capacitance and inductance,the mature harmonic elimination measures lacks pertinence for suppressing inrush current,which is a problem for operation and maintenance personnel. In this paper,one cable and the distribution network with multiple fuse fault of wiring type PT between phases are taken as examples so simulate the low frequency inrush current due to such two kinds of operations as clearing the fault cable and normal switching cable,the influence factor and action rule of low frequency inrush are obtained. The low frequency inrush current suppression method of improving the discharge circuit damping of the charge as the core is proposed,which has guidance for improving the safe operation of PT of distribution network.
