摘 要:分析影响阀厅运行环境参数温度、湿度、粉尘、污秽度的因素,通过搭建换流站阀厅设备表面污秽多维度模型,采用时间序列的趋势分析和横向对比算法对设备表面污秽进行预测,并制定了设备表面污秽度评价模型。在肇庆换流站搭建在线监测系统,结合预测评价模型,实时监控换流站阀厅环境,对换流站阀厅设备表面污秽度进行分析和预警。The factors affecting the operating environment parameters such as temperature,humidity,dust and contamination of the valve hall are analyzed. A multi-dimensional model of the surface contamination of the valve hall equipment in the converter station is set up. The surface contamination of the equipment is predicated by through setting up the surface contamination multidimensional model and the use of trend analysis of time sequence and the cross-comparison algorithm,and an evaluation model of the surface contamination of the equipment is developed. An on-line monitoring system is set up at Zhaoqing converter station. The environment of the valve hall of the converter station is real time monitored in combination with the prediction evaluation model so to analyze and early warn the surface contamination of the valve hall equipment.
