摘　　要：基于“双碳”高质量人才目标,溯源产教融合过程特点,从高质量人才特征、培养过程、实践效果等方面,综合剖析了双碳背景下的高质量人才培养思路与实践效果。梳理发现,产教融合过程中必须聚焦稳健性、微调性、震荡性、跃迁性4个典型动力学特点。基于产教融合,通过突出立德树人、需求导向、专业调整,形成“双碳”元知识体系,构筑契合“双碳”目标实现亟需的高质量人才培养模式。创新应用系列卓有成效的措施,大幅提高了高质量人才学术水平。通过对接国家重大战略和行业产业创新发展需求,以问题为导向,强化校企校地产学研深度合作,实习实训等项目实现科教融合,增强实践能力,赋能高质量,为产教融合驱动双碳高质量人才培养现实路径提供了有益借鉴。Based on the goal of“dual carbon”high-quality talents and the characteristics of the integration process of industry and education,this paper comprehensively analyzes the train of thought and practical effect of high-quality talents under the dual carbon background from the aspects of the characteristics,training process and practical effect of high-quality talents.It is found that in the process of industry education integration,we must focus on four typical dynamic characteristics:robustness,fine tuning,oscillation and transition.Based on the integration of industry and education,by highlighting morality,talent cultivation,demand orientation and professional adjustment,we can form a“dual carbon”meta knowledge system,and build a high-quality talent training mode in line with the“dual carbon”goal.Innovative application of a series of effective measures can significantly improve the academic level of high-quality talents with remarkable innovation ability.By connecting with the major national strategies and the needs of industrial innovation and development,taking problems as the guide,strengthening the in-depth cooperation between schools,enterprises and local government,internship and training and other projects,we can realize the integration of science and education,enhance practical ability,enable high quality and achieve remarkable results,so as to provide a useful reference for the exploration of the practical path of dual carbon and high-quality talent training driven by the integration of industry and education.
