摘　　要：资本因素在宏观经济中是影响区域经济增长的重要因素。本文利用四大经济区典型省份的面板数据,从物质资本与人力资本两个方面考察资本因素对区域经济增长的影响程度与影响机制,这四个经济区分别是长三角、珠三角、京津冀、和中原经济区。通过使用固定效应模型,本文发现物质资本因素与人力资本因素对区域经济增长有正向影响,其中全社会固定资产投资、全省从业人员、总抚养比和城镇登记失业率对区域经济增长有显著的正向影响。而人均受教育年限与城镇家庭每户就业人数对区域经济增长的影响则不显著。通过以上分析得出如下政策建议:物质资本因素仍旧是区域经济增长的重要推动因素。但经济增长不仅取决于物质资本还取决于人力资本,人力资本的总量,质量和结构对区域经济增长有着重要影响。因此各地区在提升区域经济发展的过程中,要重视引进人才和提升从业人员数量。The capital factor is an important factor affecting regional economic growth in the macro economy.The article uses panel data from the typical provinces of the four major economic regions to examine the degree and mechanism of the impact of capital factors on regional economic growth from the aspects of physical capital and human capital.The four economic regions are the Yangtze River Delta,the Pearl River Delta,and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and Central Plains Economic Zone.By using the fixed effect model,this paper finds that physical capital factors and human capital factors have a positive impact on regional economic growth.Among them,the fixed asset investment in the whole society,the province’s employees,the total dependency ratio and the registered urban unemployment rate have significant positive impact on regional economic growth.However,average years of education and the number of employees per household in urban households have no significant impact on regional economic growth.Through the above analysis,the following policy recommendations are drawn:The physical capital factor is still an important driving factor for regional economic growth.But economic growth depends not only on physical capital but also on human capital.The total amount,quality and structure of human capital have an important impact on regional economic growth.Therefore,in the process of improving regional economic development,all regions should pay attention to introducing talents and increasing the number of employees.
