摘 要:为提升弹性力学课程中孔口应力集中的可视化教学和参与式教学效果,自主设计和研发了一种多孔型孔口应力集中教学演示装置,阐述了其设计方法和实验过程,并采用有限元模型进行了验证。该教学演示装置可以清晰反映出孔口应力集中具有集中性、局部性的特性,并受到孔型的影响,能够提升学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,具有良好的教学效果,可在弹性力学课程教学过程中推广和应用。In order to improve the effect of visual teaching method and participating teaching method in the elastic mechanics course, Teaching demonstration device of stress concentration with different shaped holes was designed and developed. Its design method and experiment process were described in this paper. Teaching demonstration device were verified by finite element model.The design of the teaching demonstration device can clearly reflect the relevant theoretical knowledge including the concentration and locality of stress concentration of small holes and the influence of hole shape.It can improve students’ ability to analyze and solve problems and has obviously teaching effect. Hence it can be promoted and applied in the teaching process of elastic mechanics course.
