摘  要:目的评估虚拟现实课程在舰船大面积烧伤伤员早期救治训练中的应用效果,为我海军海战伤救治探索标准、规范、高效的培训方法。方法将2019-2020年在海军军医大学第一附属医院进行规范化培训的50名海军基层军医纳入本研究。随机抽取25名军医参加虚拟现实(virtualreality,VR)课程培训,设为VR组,另25名参加标准操作规程(stardardoper⁃atingprocedure,SOP)课程培训,设为SOP组。培训前后以及课程结束1个月后进行操作考核并记录成绩。培训结束时,对参加课程训练的所有参训者进行问卷调查,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果调查问卷结果显示,培训完成后VR组在学习兴趣、认同感、满足度、注意力、信息交流等方面均优于SOP组(P<0.05)。实施培训前VR组操作得分为(55.96±8.29)分,SOP组为(58.61±6.98)分,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.226)。培训完成后2组的考核成绩分别提升为(81.43±8.36)分和(79.45±7.68)分,但2组差异仍无统计学意义(P=0.388)。培训结束1个月后再次考核两组成绩均有下降,但SOP组得分(65.81±11.50)较VR组(74.19±7.62)下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论VR课程可以达到与SOP课程相近的培训效果,但在调动学员积极性、加强上课注意力、培养学习兴趣、增加复习黏度等方面具有显著的优越性。Objective To evaluate the application effect of virtual reality treatment course on early first⁃aid training of exten⁃sive burns onboard the warship,so as to find out a normative,standardized and efficient training method for treatment of sea battle inju⁃ries.Methods Included in the study were 50 navy basic surgeons who received standardized training in the First Affiliated Hospital from 2019 to 2020,of whom 25 were selected to take part in the virtual reality training(VR)and were designated as the VR group,while another 25 were chosen to have stardard operating procedures(SOP)training and were assigned as the SOP group.Operational assessment was performed and the scores were recorded,both before and after training,as well as 1 month after training.At the end of the training,all the trainees received a questionnaire survey,and the survey results were statistically analyzed.Results The question⁃naire results showed that the VR group was superior to the SOP group in the scores of learning interest,identity,satisfaction,focus of at⁃tention and information exchange,upon completion of training(P<0.05).Before training,the operational scores of the VR group and the SOP group were respectively(55.96±8.29)and(58.61±6.98)and statistical significance could not be seen when comparisons were made between the 2 groups(P=0.226).Upon completion of training,the assessment scores for the 2 groups increased by(81.43±8.36)and(79.45±7.68)respectively,however no statistical significance could be noted when comparisons were made be⁃tween them(P=0.388).One month after training,the scores of re⁃assessment all reduced to a certain extent in both groups,with the re⁃duction in the SOP group being more obvious(65.81±11.50)than that in the VR group(74.19±7.62)(P<0.05).Conclusion The virtual reality training course could achieve similar results as the standard operating procedure course,but the former is obviously supe⁃rior to those of the latter in enhancing study enthusiasm,focus of attention,learning interest and rev
