摘 要:针对目前阻燃织物的制备工艺存在对实际应用条件考虑不足的问题,通过制备阻燃黏胶/腈氯纶服用织物,研究阻燃服用织物的性能与应用。选用2种不同混纺比(60/40、75/25)的阻燃黏胶/腈氯纶纱线分别进行并纱、浆纱、织造和退浆工艺,通过调控经密,变换平纹和方平2种不同的组织结构,制备不同规格的织物样品并进行退浆处理,对退浆后织物样品的阻燃、力学以及服用等性能进行测试表征。研究结果表明,2种混纺织物达到阻燃织物标准。其中,经密为280根/10 cm且组织结构为方平的阻燃黏胶/腈氯纶(混纺比为60/40)的织物:在强力上,经向和纬向断裂强力是最大的,分别达到了835和260 N;服用性能上,磨损前后试样质量损失率最低,为0.252%;导热系数为0.076 46 W/(m·K),保暖性相对较好;阻燃性能上,水平燃烧续燃时间为1.2 s,阴燃时间为0.2 s,损毁长度为104 mm,阻燃级别达到B1级。因此,这种织物可适合作为阻燃混纺服用面料。Aiming at the problem of insufficient consideration of actual application conditions in the current preparation process of flame retardant fabrics, the performance and application of flame retardant clothing fabrics were studied by preparing flame retardant viscose/nitrile chloride textiles. Two different blending ratios(60/40,75/25) of flame retardant viscose/nitrile chloride fiber were selected for doubling, sizing, weaving and desizing. By adjusting the warp density, changing the two different structures of plain weave and square flat, fabric samples of different specifications were prepared and desized.The flame retardancy, mechanical properties and wearability of desized fabric samples were tested and characterizd. The results of the study show that the two kinds of blended fabrics meet the standard of flame retardant fabrics, but the fabric with the warp density of 280 end/10 cm and the structure of square flat of flame retardant viscose/nitrile chloride fiber(the blending ratio of 60/40) has the largest breaking strength in the warp and weft direction, reaching 835 and 260 N, respectively;in terms of wearability, the mass loss rate of the samples before and after abrasion is the lowest, which is 0.252%;the thermal conductivity is 0.076 46 W/(m·K), and the warmth retention is relatively good;in terms of flame retardancy performance, the horizontal burning continued burning time of 1.2 s, smoldering time of 0.2 s, damage length of 104 mm, flame retardant grade reached B1. Therefore, this fabric is suitable for use as the flame retardant blended fabric for clothing.
