摘  要:为了制备环保无氟的超疏水超亲油棉织物,先采用聚二甲基硅氧烷(polydimethylsiloxane, PDMS)对棉织物进行预处理,再喷涂纳米多孔聚二乙烯基苯(polydivinylbenzene, PDVB)分散液,得到PDVB/PDMS超疏水涂层棉织物,并对涂层织物的表面形态、接触角、化学组成及耐久性进行测试。结果表明:涂层棉织物具有优异的超疏水性,水接触角为(162±3)°,滚落角为(3±1)°;具有超亲油性,油滴可以瞬间透过织物;其还具有稳定的耐化学腐蚀性和良好的力学耐久性。因此,制备的涂层棉织物有望应用于油水分离、自清洁、防污等领域。To prepare a fluorine-free environmentally friendly, superhydrophobic and superlipophilic cotton fabrics, the cotton fabric were pretreated with polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS), and then sprayed with nanoporous polydivinylbenzene(PDVB) dispersion, the PDVB/PDMS coated superhydrophobic cotton fabric was got finally. Its morphology structure, water contact angle, chemical composition and durability were tested. The results show that the coated cotton fabric possesses excellent superhydrophobicity, the water contact angle is(162±3)° and the water roll off angle is(3±1)°. The oil droplets can penetrate into the fabric instantly which shows great superlipophilic. It possesses stable chemical resistance and good mechanical durability. Therefore the coated cotton fabric shows promise for applying in oil-water separation, self-cleaning, antifouling and other fields.
