摘  要:神经导管(nerve guidance conduit,NGC)的通道数越多则越有利于神经再生,但受到技术和成本的限制,目前的多通道神经导管一般少于10个通道。为了制备通道数较多的NGC,采用边长10 cm的立方体铁架、直径0.15 mm的水溶性维纶纱线和直径3 mm的塑料空心管搭建一种牺牲模板,并结合冷冻干燥法制备直径为(2.70±0.30)mm、NGC长度大于2 cm、通道数约20个、内通道直径为(0.13±0.03)mm且通道之间存在孔结构的聚己内酯(polycaprolactone,PCL)多通道神经导管。对制备的多通道神经导管进行体外理化性能表征和体外细胞毒性检测表征,结果表明,制备的多通道神经导管能促进细胞的生长和增殖,具有较好的细胞相容性。The more channels of nerve guidance conduit(NGC), the more conducive to nerve regeneration. However, due to the limitation of technology and cost, the number of channels contained in multiple channels nerve guidance conduit is generally less than 10. In order to prepare a nerve conduit with a high number of channels, a sacrificial template was constructed by using a cube iron frame with 10 cm side length, 0.15 mm diameter water-soluble vinylon yarn and 3 mm diameter plastic hollow tube. Combined with freeze-drying method, the polycaprolactone multiple channels nerve guidance conduit with a diameter of(2.70±0.30) mm, a length of more than 2 cm and about 20 channels, inner channel diameter of(0.13±0.03) mm and pore structure between channels was prepared. The prepared multiple channels nerve guidance conduits were characterized by in vitro physicochemical properties characterization and in vitro cytotoxicity detection. The results show that the prepared multiple channels nerve guidance conduits can promote cell growth and proliferation with good cytocompatibility.
