摘 要:采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)、十二胺、硅酸乙酯与膨润土反应,制备具有较好吸附性能的多孔黏土异质结构材料(porous clay heterostructures, PCHs),并使用PCHs对挥发性有机化合物甲苯进行动态吸附,以探究甲苯气体初始质量浓度、总流速对于PCHs吸附量的影响。试验结果表明:PCHs相较膨润土,前者比表面积有极大增加,总孔容和表面孔道分布增加,最可几孔径减小,且对甲苯气体吸附容量明显提升;当甲苯气体初始质量浓度越高、总流速越大时,PCHs对甲苯的饱和吸附量越大。Porous clay heterostructures(PCHs) with good adsorption capacity were produced through the reaction of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB), dodecylamine, ethyl silicate and bentonite. PCHs was used to dynamically adsorb toluene, a volatile organic compound, to explore the effect of initial mass concentration and total flow rate of toluene gas on PCHs adsorption capacity. Experimental results show that compared with bentonite, the specific surface area, the total pore volume and the surface pore distribution of PCHs are greatly improved, and the most likely pore size is reduced, and the toluene gas adsorption capacity is significantly improved. The higher the initial mass concentration and total flow rate of toluene gas, the larger the saturated adsorption capacity of toluene by PCHs.
