摘　　要：苯酚装置氧化单元浓硫酸泵为装置生产关键机泵,其故障维修频率高严重影响装置长周期平稳运行。本文介绍了苯酚装置关键机泵浓硫酸泵基本情况和密封故障现象,对其故障原因进行了详细分析,并提出了提高管道入口滤网目数是解决浓硫酸泵密封异常失效的有效处理措施,改善效果明显。Concentrated sulfuric acid pump is the key one in oxidation unit of phenol plant,and the high maintenance frequency has affected long period stable operation of the plant seriously.The parameters and the sealing failure of concentrated sulfuric acid pump are reviewed.The failure causes are analyzed in detail,and the effective treatment measures are put forward.Then,the improvement is obviously.In a word,increasing the mesh number of pipeline inlet is the fundamental measure to solve the problem.
