摘 要:近年来,各管道公司开展了大量环焊缝隐患排查和开挖检测工作,发现气孔、夹渣、裂纹、未熔合等多种超标缺陷,且数量较多。针对不同缺陷性质及程度采用何种维抢修方式更加科学、合理,就显得亟需解决。因此,本文对不同工况下的在役管道环焊缝处置方案安全性评价方法采用综合评价法进行研究,建立了安全性评价数据模型,通过收集具体数据进行实证分析。In recent years,many pipeline companies have carried out a large number of investigation and excavation detection work for circumferential weld hidden trouble.And it could be found that there are a large number of superstandard defects,such as porosity,slag inclusion,cracks and non-fusion and so on.It is urgent that,the solution,scientific and reasonable maintenance emergency repair method according to the properties of different defects,is proposed.Therefore,in the present paper,a comprehensive evaluation method was used to study the safety of girth weld disposal scheme of in-service pipeline under different working conditions.Further,a safety evaluation data model was established,and demonstrate based on the collecting specific data.
