摘　　要：本文主要阐述了海洋平台建造中自动化生产技术及设备的应用,以及自动化设备在提高企业效益和提高产品质量等方面的作用。深入研究不同自动化生产设备智能应用,应用基于液化天然气(LNG)标准的功能块机理设计,创新研究出了双向吊臂铣边机、自动化焊接设备、自动倒角机等;除此之外,为提高焊接质量,创新使用金属粉芯焊接新工艺用于新型焊接工艺。This paper mainly describes the application of automation production technology and equipment in the construction of offshore platforms in enterprises,and the advantages and functions of automation equipment in enterprises,such as how to improve enterprise benefits and improve product quality.Deeply studied the intelligent application of different automatic production equipment in the workshop,applied the function block mechanism design based on THE LNG standard,innovatively studied the bidirectional boom milling machine,automatic welding equipment,automatic chamfering machine,etc.In addition,in order to improve the welding quality,the new welding process of metal powder core is innovatively used for new welding process.
