摘  要:井眼轨迹姿态计算精确度受井斜角、方位角以及测深三个关键参数影响,其中底部钻具组合下垂误差是影响井眼轨迹计算精度的主要误差源,对底部钻具组合下垂误差的精确校正能够使井眼轨迹更接近真实值。参照实钻井眼钻具组合,借用ABAQUS仿真软件构建重力场下底部钻具组合受力变形分析模型,求解钻柱轴线各点下垂误差值并获取测点位置下垂误差校正曲线。结果显示,底部钻具组合下垂误差随井斜的增大而增大,在水平井段达到最大值,且该值受传感器安放位置影响,最后用实际测井数据进行验证。The calculation accuracy of borehole trajectory attitude is affected by three key parameters of inclination,azimuth and bathymetry.The bottom hole assembly droop error is the main source of error that affects the accuracy of borehole trajectory calculation.Accurate correction of the droop error of the bottom hole assembly can make the wellbore trajectory closer to the true value.With reference to the actual drilling tool assembly,the ABAQUS simulation software is used to construct the force and deformation analysis model of the bottom hole assembly in the gravity field,to solve the sag error value of each point of the drill string axis and obtain the sag error correction curve of the measuring point position.The results show that the bottom hole assembly droop error increases with the increase of the well deviation,reaching the maximum value in the horizontal section,and this value is affected by the placement of the sensor,and finally verified with actual logging data.
