摘  要:固井工艺是实现分层开采、分层注水、分层管理和分层改造的基础。青东5块二界面胶结不合格率达22%,对后期油井投产及生产造成巨大影响。从技术、井眼等方面对青东5块已钻井的固井质量进行研究,分析了大井斜大位移井固井难点,并针对大井斜大位移井固井难题进行优化。Well cementation is the basis for realizing layered production,layered water injection,layered management and layered reconstruction.In recent years,the unqualified rate of cementation of the second interface in Block Qingdong 5 reaches 22%,which has a great impact on the later oil well commissioning and production.In this paper,the cementing quality of Qingdong 5 block has been analyzed from the aspects of technology and borehole,and the cement slurry system has been optimized.Finally,the cementing construction of Qingdong 5 new drilling has been optimized.
