摘　　要：胜利油田东营凹陷北坡构造带砂砾岩体是油田勘探增储的新成果,特别是盐16区块的砂砾岩体,含油率较高,多为自喷井。但由于地表环境限制,造成井身轨迹复杂,大大增加了钻井难度。通过对盐16区块所施工的多口井的钻井资料进行分析,对比,总结形成了适合该区块的推荐做法,大大的提高了机械钻速,缩短了钻井周期,为油田增油上产做出了巨大贡献。The glutenite body in the north slope structural belt of Dongying Sag in Shengli Oilfield is a new achievement of oil field exploration and reservoir increase,especially the glutenite body in yan16 block,with high oil content and mostly flowing wells.However,due to the limitation of surface environment,the well trajectory is complex,which greatly increases the difficulty of drilling.Through the analysis and comparison of the drilling data of several wells constructed in yan16 block,the recommended practices suitable for this block are summarized,which greatly improves the mechanical ROP,shortens the drilling cycle,and makes a great contribution to increasing oil production in the oilfield.
