摘　　要：本文详细介绍了二次开发经济评价体系和评价方法,对其中涉及到的问题进行了分析。油田二次开发项目所带来的效益不仅仅局限于单独的某个油田区块或者某个采油厂,辐射的业务也不只是油田的开发与生产,还有与油田开发相关的一些业务,决策人员在进行项目决策时应从整体上考虑二次开发所带来的经济效益。This paper introduces the economic evaluation system and evaluation method of secondary development in detail,and analyzes the problems involved.Oilfield benefits brought by secondary development project are not limited to separate a oil block or a production plant,the business of radiation is not only the oilfield development and production,and some business related to oil field development,decision makers when making project decisions should consider the overall economic benefits brought by the secondary development.
