摘  要:为抑制永磁风力发电机机侧变流器过电压,防止IGBT击穿烧毁,保证电网正常运行,对变流器产生过电压的原因进行分析。首先,通过分析RLC串联谐振理论,指出由于存在母线槽分布参数RLC,导致IGBT关断三相电流时,在机侧变流器处产生谐振过电压;关断时间T不同是造成三相过电压不同的原因;品质因数Q在抑制机侧变流器过电压方面具有重要作用。其次,利用ANSYS Workbench有限元仿真软件平台,搭建风机并网和母线槽温升模型,对母线槽结构和关断时间T等参数进行优化,改善机侧变流器过电压,并提出优化建议和抑制措施。仿真结果表明,提出的方法可有效抑制机侧变流器过电压,对母线槽设计及变流器运行具有参考价值。In order to suppress the over-voltage of the converter on the turbine side of the permanent magnet wind turbine, prevent IGBT from breakdown and burning, and ensure the normal operation of the power grid, the causes of the over-voltage of the converter were analyzed. First of all, through the analysis of RLC series resonance theory, it is pointed out that when IGBT turns off the three-phase current due to the distribution parameter RLC of bus duct, resonance overvoltage occurs at the side converter;different turn off time T is the cause of different three-phase overvoltage;quality factor Q plays an important role in suppressing the over-voltage of the side converter. Secondly, the finite element simulation software platform of ANSYS Workbench was used to build the model of fan grid connection and bus duct temperature rise, optimize the bus duct structure and shutdown time T and other parameters, improve the over-voltage of the converter at the generator side, and put forward optimization suggestions and suppression measures. The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively suppress the over-voltage of the converter on the generator side, and has a reference value for the bus duct design and converter operation.
