摘  要:为了及时检测出装配式建筑钢结构中的缺陷,以及在长时间使用过程中产生的裂纹,保证其在工程应用过程中的安全性能,提出了一种热像图增强的结构损伤检测方法。首先对装配式建筑钢结构检测机理进行详细的分析,当存在结构损伤时,通过一维解析方法构建损伤温度的数学模型,同时对加热过程以及瞬态加热过程进行分析,构建建筑钢表面温度分布和边缘温度分布的数学模型。采用多层小波分解处理方法,对热像图中的编织信息和背景干扰进行去除,基于Mallat算法求解出离散信号的小波变换递归方程。最后通过Matlab软件将热像图转换成矩阵,经过归一化处理便于对装配式建筑钢损伤的识别。实验结果表明,采用上述方法能够有效识别装配式建筑钢结构的损伤信息,且裂纹长度的分割误差率较小。In order to detect the defects in the fabricated building steel structure in time and the cracks in the long-term use process, and ensure its safety performance in the engineering application process, a structural damage detection method based on thermal image enhancement is proposed. Firstly, the detection mechanism of the fabricated building steel structure was described in detail. When there was structural damage, the mathematical model of damage temperature was constructed by a one-dimensional analytical method. At the same time, the heating process and transient heating process were analyzed, and the mathematical models of surface temperature distribution and edge temperature distribution of building steel were constructed. Then, the multi-layer wavelet decomposition method was used to remove the weaving information and background interference in the thermal image, and the wavelet transform recursive equation of discrete signal was solved based on the Mallat algorithm. Finally, the thermal image was transformed into a matrix by MATLAB software, and it was easy to identify the damage of fabricated building steel after normalization. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively identify the damage information of the prefabricated steel structure, and the error rate of crack length segmentation is small.
