摘  要:选用2,4甲苯-二异氰酸酯、2,6-甲苯二异氰酸酯及聚己二酸乙二醇酯二醇合成水性聚氨酯并探究其在纸张中的性能,讨论其在纸张中的各项物理性能的改善。研究结果表明:当涂布量为28g/m^(2)时,干抗张强度提升了2.7倍,湿抗张强度提升了26.1倍,耐折效果大幅度提升。纸张在不同的涂布量表现出不同的抗水、抗油效果。随着涂布量的增加,抗水、抗油效果也随之提升当涂布量大于14g/m^(2)时,抗水效果基本可提高85%;当涂布量大于28g/m^(2)时,抗油效果可提升达到95%。通过扫描电镜可观察到涂布后纤维间出现薄膜状物质,从而加强了纤维的强度和抗水抗油性能,因此水性聚氨酯在纸张中具有广泛的应用前景。Using TDI and poly(ethylene adipate) to synthesize waterborne polyurethane and explore its performance in paper. The physical properties in paper were also discussed. The results showed that when the coating weight was 28 g/m^(2), the dry tensile strength increased by 2.7 times, the wet tensile strength was increased by 26.1 times, and the folding number was greatly improved. Paper showed different water and oil resistance effects at different coating amounts. With the increase of coating amount, the water resistance and oil resistance were also improved. When the coating weight was more than 14 g/m^(2), the water resistance could be improved by 85%;When it was more than 28 g/m^(2), the oil resistance could be increased to 95%. Through scanning electron microscopy(SEM), it could be observed that there was thin membrane between the coated fibers, which enhanced the strength, water and oil resistance of the fibers. Therefore, waterborne polyurethane emulsion has wide application prospects in paper.
