摘　　要：为实现针对造纸机运行状态的实时监控,提出了一款基于云平台的造纸机监控系统,详细阐述了该系统的整体架构以及数据采集终端硬件选型方案,基于造纸设备健康管理的一般要求和前端传感器类型提出了系统功能结构和数据库设计方案,最终以造纸系统运行状态监测功能模块为例展示了系统实现结果。In order to realize the real-time monitoring of the running state of the paper machine, a paper machine monitoring system based on cloud platform is proposed in this study. The overall architecture of the system and the hardware selection scheme of data acquisition terminal are described in detail. Based on the general requirements of health management of paper equipment and the type of front-end sensors, the system functional structure and database design scheme are proposed. Finally, the paper making system running status monitoring function module is taken as an example to show the system implementation results.
