摘 要:冷硬铸铁光辊车在造纸机械中较为常见,其表面具有硬度高、耐磨性良好等优点,这无疑增加了切削加工难度,为了解决这一问题,现针对造纸机械中的冷硬铸铁压光辊车削加工工艺内容,从磨损曲线选择刀具材料、从减少崩刃选择刀片材料、选择刀片装夹、控制刀片刃型和几何角度、优化切削用量、优化刀具的刃磨质量等方面入手,为造纸机械中实现冷硬铸铁压光辊车削加工工艺的优化,提出具有建设性的建议。结果表明:该优化措施具有较高的可行性和可靠性,有效地满足了多样化目的和标准,取得良好的加工效果。希望通过这次研究,为相关从业人员提供有效的借鉴和参考。Chilled cast iron smooth roller car is common in papermaking machinery. Its surface has the advantages of high hardness and good wear resistance, which undoubtedly increases the difficulty of cutting. In order to solve this problem, in view of the turning process of chilled cast iron smooth roller in papermaking machinery, we choose tool material from wear curve, blade material from reducing edge collapse, blade clamping starting from controlling the blade shape and geometric angle, optimizing the cutting parameters and optimizing the grinding quality of the tool. This paper puts forward constructive suggestions for optimizing the turning process of chilled cast iron calender roll in paper machinery. The results show that the optimization measures have high feasibility and reliability, effectively meet the diversified chemical purposes and standards, and achieve good processing results. It is hoped that this study can provide effective reference for relevant practitioners.
