摘 要:在离心场下工作的精密离心机用液体静压轴承由于超重力离心场面临着大径向偏载问题。通过分析离心场下轴承的受力工况,确定径向轴承设计要点,对径向轴承在周向分布上开展非对称设计,并利用CFD软件计算油膜面承载能力,校核主轴承载合力。对比设计分析了周向6组和周向5组油膜面的设计方案,并对比设计了均压腔结构形式,调整各油膜面承载能力以达到设计要求。研究发现,周向6组和周向5组油膜面布置具备独立供油能力,都能实现设计承载要求,周向5组布置方案最高供油压力相对周向6组布置方案要低。依据设计结论,研制了一套实验用液体静压轴承及其径向加载系统。测试结果显示,轴承空载测试数据与仿真结果误差较小。径向加载实验条件下,实测结果与仿真分析结果有一定误差,实测结果较仿真计算结果更优。研究表明,所提出的轴承设计方式可以满足液体静压轴承在离心场作用下形成的大径向负载的承载需求。Hydrostatic bearings for precision centrifuges working in centrifugal field faces the problem of heavy radial load due to high gravity centrifugal field.By analyzing the bearing stress conditions under centrifugal field,the key points of radial bearing design are determined,the asymmetric design of radial bearing in circumferential distribution is carried out,the bearing capacity of oil film pad is calculated by CFD software,and the bearing force of main shaft is checked.The design schemes of circumferential 6-films and 5-films are compared and analyzed,the structure form of pressure equalizing chamber is compared and designed,and the bearing capacity of each oil film pad is adjusted to meet the design requirements.It is found that the arrangements of circumferential 6-films and 5-films have independent oil supply capacity and could meet the design bearing requirements.The maximum oil supply pressure of 5-films is lower than that of 6-films.According to the design conclusion,a set of hydrostatic bearing and its radial loading system for experiment are established.The experiment results show that the errors between simulations and experiments are small without radial load,and the errors are relatively large with radial load acts on the bearing,the experiment results are better than the simulated results in engineering.The research shows that the proposed bearing design method could meet the bearing requirements of large radial load formed by hydrostatic bearing under centrifugal field.
