摘　　要：拉考沙胺是第三代新型抗癫痫药物,具有独特的增强电压门控钠通道慢失活的作用机制,并具有生物利用度高和不同剂型呈生物等效性等药动学特点,能有效控制癫痫发作。拉考沙胺不仅可用于4岁及以上局灶性癫痫患者的联合治疗,也可作为单药治疗用于儿童(≥4岁)、成人及部分特殊癫痫患者,获得良好的治疗结果。拉考沙胺总体上是安全的,常见不良反应为头晕、头痛、恶心、嗜睡等,大部分为轻度至中度。Lacosamide,the third-generation new antiepileptic drug,has a unique mechanism of enhancing the slow inactivation of voltage-gated sodium channels,and has the pharmacokinetic characteristics of high bioavailability and bioequivalence of different dosage forms.It can effectively control seizures,used not only in the adjunctive treatment of focal-onset seizures in patients aged over 4 years,but also in the monotherapy for children(≥4 years),adults and some special epilepsy patients,and good treatment results can be obtained.Lacosamide is generally safe,and the common adverse reactions are dizziness,headache,nausea and drowsiness,most of which are mild to moderate.
