葛根软膏联合参花洗剂治疗早期肛裂60例疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察葛根软膏外涂联合参花洗剂坐浴治疗早期肛裂的临床效果,将120例早期肛裂患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组采用马应龙麝香痔疮膏外涂联合参花洗剂坐浴治疗,观察组采用葛根软膏外涂联合参花洗剂坐浴治疗。观察2组疗效、疼痛评分、肛管压力及创口愈合时间。结果显示,治疗后,观察组临床疗效优于对照组,疼痛评分及肛管静息压低于对照组,创口愈合时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。肛管最大缩榨压及最大缩榨压持续时间2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果表明,葛根软膏外涂联合参花洗剂坐浴治疗早期肛裂能减轻疼痛程度,降低肛管静息压,加快创口愈合,有效缓解临床症状及体征。This study was to observe the clinical effect of shenhua lotion plus gegen salve in the treatment of early anal fissure,randomly divided 120 cases of early anal fissure into control group(60 cases,received:Mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment for externally painting plus shenhua lotion for sitz bath)and observation group(60 cases,gegen salve for externally painting plus shenhua lotion for sitz bath);then,observed both groups’ effect,the score ratings on pain,anal pressure,and wound healing time.As results,after treatment in clinical effect,in the ratings on pain,in anal resting pressure,and in wound healing time observation group was respectively higher,lower,lower,and shorter than control group(all,P <0.05);in anal max.squeeze pressure and its lasting time there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P >0.05).Results show that gegen salve plus shenhua lotion in the treatment of early anal fissure can more alleviate pain intensity,reduce anal resting pressure,accelerate wound healing,thus effectively relieve clinical symptoms and signs.
