摘　　要：现代乡村治理,是新时代推进国家治理体系和治理能力的重要内容和关键环节,也是贯彻新时代国家治理现代化战略的重大举措。农村基层党组织在提升现代治理能力过程中,必须把治理理念的现代化变革摆在重要位置,发挥党组织在引领广大农村进行乡村振兴实践中的引领作用,按照“党委领导,政府负责,社会协同,公众参与,法治保障”五个维度,打造现代乡村治理新格局。Modern rural governance is not only an important content and key link to promote the national governance system and governance capacity in the new era, but also a major measure to implement the modernization strategy of national governance in the new era. In the process of improving the ability of modern governance, rural grass-roots party organizations must put the modernization of governance ideas in an important position, give full play to the leading role of party organizations in leading the revitalization of rural areas, and create a new pattern of modern rural governance according to the five dimensions of "Party committee leadership, government responsibility, social coordination, public participation and the guarantee of the rule of law".
