摘 要:将连杆-摇杆间压力角α_(2)纳入作平面运动滚子从动件盘形凸轮机构第Ⅰ类机构综合问题的传动性能考量之中,提出第Ⅰ类机构综合问题更准确、严谨的描述。通过提出三力汇交点I的"瞬时区间套"、满足α_(1)≤[α_(2)]条件的"瞬时区域套/边界"、满足α_(1)≤[α_(1)]∩α_(2)≤[α_(2)]条件的"瞬时区域套/边界"和"整程区域套/边界"等新概念,提出新颖且具普适性的机构综合理论,得到满足双传动性能条件的凸轮轴心容许选择区域,并给出凸轮最小基圆半径的求解方法,圆满地解决了满足双许用压力角条件的作平面运动滚子从动件盘形凸轮机构的第Ⅰ类机构综合问题。In this article, with the coupler-rocker pressure angle α_(2)into transmission performance considerations of the class-Ⅰ mechanisms synthesis task of disc cam mechanisms with roller follower in planar general motion taken into account, a more rigorous description of class-Ⅰ mechanisms synthesis task is proposed. The new concepts of instantaneous nested interval of three force intersection, instantaneous region set/boundary, satisfying α_(2)≤[α_(2)] condition, instantaneous region set/boundary, and whole region set/boundary satisfying α_(1)≤[α_(1)]∩α_(2)≤[α_(2)] condition are put forward. Then, a novel and universal mechanism synthesis theory is brought out. The allowable region of cam axis satisfying the double transmission condition is obtained and the solution of the minimum base circle radius is worked out. Finally, the class-Ⅰ mechanisms synthesis task of disc cam mechanisms with roller follower in planar general motion is solved satisfactorily.
