摘 要:研究了京津冀与关中地区“以电代煤”(简称“煤改电”)实施后,对区域大气环境质量改善的影响以及碳减排效益。结果表明:截至2018年,京津冀地区“煤改电”共替代散煤用户258.4万户,每年可替代散煤706.6万t;关中地区“煤改电”替代散煤用户65.76万户,每年可减少散煤69.39万t。基于WRF-Chem(weather research and forecasting(WRF)model coupled with chemistry)模式,计算得到“煤改电”将使京津冀地区PM_(2.5)月平均浓度下降3~26μg/m^(3),下降比例为2%~35%;关中地区冬季PM_(2.5)质量浓度下降8.70μg/m^(3),降低比例为6.8%。受益于“煤改电”工程,京津冀地区每年可减少CO_(2)排放1688.77万t,关中地区每年可减少CO_(2)排放165.84万t。随着低碳能源占比的提高,以及电采暖技术的不断进步,“煤改电”对碳减排的效益将不断体现。This paper studies the impact of the implementation of the“coal-to-electricity”in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(BTH)and Guanzhong regions on the improvement of regional atmospheric environmental quality and the benefits of carbon emission reduction.The results show that as of 2018,the“coalto-electricity”in the BTH region has replaced 2.584 million bulk coal users,which can replace 7066000 tons of bulk coal each year;Guanzhong region replaces 657600 bulk coal users,which can reduce 693900 tons of bulk coal each year.Based on the WRF-Chem(weather research and forecasting(WRF)model coupled with chemistry)model,it is calculated that“coal-toelectricity”will reduce the monthly average concentration of PM_(2.5) in BTH region by 3~26μg/m^(3),which has a decrease of 2%~35%;the mass concentration of PM_(2.5) in the Guanzhong region in winter will decrease 8.70μg/m^(3),the reduction ratio is 6.8%.Benefiting from the“coal-to-electricity”project,the BTH area will reduce CO_(2) emissions by 16.8877 million tons per year,and the Guanzhong area will reduce 1.6584 million tons per year.With the increase in the proportion of low-carbon energy and the continuous advancement of electric heating technology,the benefits of“coal-to-electricity”for carbon emission reduction will continue to be reflected.
