摘 要:日粮精粗比是影响肉牛生产性能的重要因素之一。为了解肉牛生产过程中日粮精粗比应用的研究现状,现主要通过查阅总结了近5年来的相关文献,从生产性能、瘤胃发酵、瘤胃菌群以及影响机制4方面阐述不同精粗比在肉牛生产中应用的研究进展。旨在为肉牛生产过程中选择合适的日粮精粗比提供理论依据。The diet concentrate to forage ratio was one of the important factors that affect animal performance of beef cattle.In order to understand the current research status of the application of dietary concentrate to forage ratio in beef cattle production,the relevant literature in the past five years was reviewed in this study,and the different concentrate to forage ratios were expounded from four aspects of beef cattle production performance,rumen fermentation,rumen microflora and influencing mechanism.The aim is to provide a theoretical basis for selecting the appropriate dietary concentrate to forage ratio in the beef cattle production process.
