摘　　要：饲料全面"禁抗"给以益生菌为代表的肠道健康产品带来了新的机遇和挑战。凝结芽孢杆菌是性质优良的益生菌,具有芽孢杆菌和乳酸菌的双重益生作用,能提高动物生长性能、调节动物肠道菌群平衡以及增强机体免疫功能等。文章从饲用凝结芽孢杆菌菌种的益生特性、代谢物、作用机制及安全性等方面进行了综述,以期为凝结芽孢杆菌在动物养殖中的推广应用提供理论依据。Probiotics as the representation of intestinal health products are widely used in the process of coping with the comprehensive prohibition of antibiotics in the feed industry.Bacillus coagulans is a good probiotics with dual probiotic effects of Bacillus sp.and Lactobacillus sp.,which plays an important role in improving feed utilization rate and animal growth performance,regulating intestinal flora and enhancing immune function of animals.In this paper,probiotic characteristics and metabolites of B.coagulans,the mechanism of action and the safety of B.coagulans for feed were reviewed.This paper provides the theoretical data for the popularization and application of B.coagulans in animal husbandry.
