摘 要:笔译能力自评量表是英语学习者开展笔译能力自我诊断、自我评价的重要工具,在笔译教学评价中具有重要的应用价值。效度验证是笔译能力自评量表得以有效应用的前提和保证。为此,本研究回顾了《中国英语能力等级量表》尤其是自评量表的效度验证方法,探讨自我评价尤其是自评量表在英语学习和教学评价中的意义和应用价值,并提出基于Rasch模型的笔译能力自评量表效度验证框架。实证研究结果表明笔译自评量表具有良好的信度和效度,描述语具有一定的区分度。本研究为笔译能力量表的后续应用和修订提供了科学的建议。The self-assessment scale of translation competence is an important tool for English learners to self-diagnose and self-assess their translation competence and is of great value in the assessment of translation teaching. Validation is a prerequisite and guarantee for the effective application of the self-assessment scale. Therefore, this study reviews the validation methods of China’s Standard of English, in particular of self-assessment scales, examines the significance and value of self-assessment, especially self-assessment scales, in English learning and teaching assessment, and proposes a validation framework for translation competence scales based on the Rasch model. The empirical findings indicate that the translation self-assessment scale has good reliability and validity, and the descriptors have a certain degree of differentiation. This study provides scientific recommendations for the subsequent application and revision of the translation competence scale.
